    V uni-maxu \u010delili probl\u00e9m\u016fm s nespr\u00e1vn\u011b zvolen\u00fdmi cenami, jejich obt\u00ed\u017enou aktualizac\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 cht\u011bli, na vybran\u00fdch produktech, pou\u017e\u00edt cenu pro akvizici nov\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. P\u016fvodn\u011b ceny spravovali ru\u010dn\u011b v excelu, s ob\u010dasn\u00fdmi kontrolami cen konkurence. Pot\u00e9 zkou\u0161eli automatizovat cenotvorbu p\u0159es low-cost \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 ale nevyhovovalo z pohledu p\u0159esnosti a funk\u010dnosti. Proto si v uni-maxu vybrali jako pokro\u010dil\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed cenotvorby Disivo.<\/p>\n

    V r\u00e1mci za\u0161kolen\u00ed a prvotn\u00edho nastaven\u00ed zvolil uni-max, s pomoc\u00ed na\u0161ich pricing specialist\u016f, strategii, kter\u00e1 m\u011bla pomoci dos\u00e1hnout ur\u010den\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f \u2013 zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed zisku a snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed akvizici nov\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f.     Jeden z nejstar\u0161\u00edch hr\u00e1\u010d\u016f v segmentu profi i hobby n\u00e1\u0159ad\u00ed s\u00e1zel v\u017edy na technick\u00e9 novinky, prvn\u00ed e-shop spustil u\u017e v roce 1998. Tak\u00e9 proto se p\u0159ed dv\u011bma lety v uni-maxu rozhodli vyzkou\u0161et n\u00e1stroj pro sledov\u00e1n\u00ed konkuren\u010dn\u00edch produktov\u00fdch cen. Jeho vyu\u017eit\u00ed ale nebylo ide\u00e1ln\u00ed, n\u00e1stroj byl teprve v za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch, m\u011bl hodn\u011b chyb a pro pou\u017eit\u00ed uni-maxu se uk\u00e1zal jako nedosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed. V uni-maxu tedy pracovali s cenou tak, \u017ee testovali, jak se jim kter\u00fd produkt vypl\u00e1c\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch prodejn\u00edch cen\u00e1ch.<\/p>

    \u201eTestovali jsme senzitivitu klient\u016f na cenu. Vzali jsme produkt, na t\u00fdden jsme ho dali do n\u011bjak\u00e9 cenov\u00e9 akce, pak jsme ho dali na t\u00fdden do jin\u00e9 akce, pak je\u0161t\u011b do t\u0159et\u00ed a sledovali jsme, co to ud\u011bl\u00e1 s tr\u017ebami, resp. mar\u017eemi. T\u00edm se zji\u0161\u0165ovalo, v jak\u00fdch cenov\u00fdch hladin\u00e1ch n\u00e1m ten produkt p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed absolutn\u00ed mar\u017ei. To bylo sice systematick\u00e9, ale pom\u011brn\u011b drah\u00e9 na provoz a \u00fadr\u017ebu,\u201d \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Martin Svoboda.<\/p>

    Po dev\u00edti m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch se ale ke sledov\u00e1n\u00ed konkurence vr\u00e1tili.     Pokra\u010dovali tedy v hled\u00e1n\u00ed, na\u0161li \u201alowcost\u2018 n\u00e1stroj pro automatick\u00e9 p\u0159ece\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed a otestovali ho, ale nesplnil o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Potom zva\u017eovali nasazen\u00ed jednoho zahrani\u010dn\u00edho n\u00e1stroje, ten ale nakonec odm\u00edtli.<\/p>

    Nakonec v r\u00e1mci spolupr\u00e1ce s monitoringem konkurence dostali nab\u00eddku kompletn\u00ed optimalizace cenotvorby Disivo a kone\u010dn\u00e1 volba pak padla pr\u00e1v\u011b na toto \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>

    \u201eB\u011bhem n\u00e1mluv jsme si vyjasnili technick\u00e9 detaily, p\u0159ekonali jsme b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u201aporodn\u00ed bolesti\u2018 v podob\u011b integrac\u00ed mezi e-shopem, Disivem a ERP syst\u00e9mem a v lednu 2021 jsme Disivo \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b spustili,\u201d \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Martin Svoboda, kter\u00fd Disivo s\u00e1m pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1.<\/p>

    \u201eDisivo je fakt p\u011bkn\u00e9, UI je p\u0159ehledn\u00e9 a p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 na pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed.     V\u011bd\u011bli jsme, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 produkty prod\u00e1v\u00e1me hodn\u011b draho oproti konkurenci, a jin\u00e9 naopak pom\u011brn\u011b levn\u011b, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b jsme nem\u011bli p\u0159ehled o cel\u00e9 nab\u00eddce.     Byli jsme lehce zdr\u017eenliv\u00ed v p\u0159edstav\u00e1ch konkr\u00e9tn\u00edho finan\u010dn\u00edho p\u0159\u00ednosu, proto\u017ee p\u0159ed implementac\u00ed jste n\u00e1s trochu stra\u0161ili, \u017ee p\u0159\u00ednos m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt vid\u011bt t\u0159eba a\u017e za p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f. To se nepotvrdilo.\u201c Dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Martin Svoboda a pokra\u010duje:<\/p>

    \u201eU produkt\u016f od n\u011bkter\u00fdch dodavatel\u016f jsme v\u011bd\u011bli, \u017ee jsme p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 draz\u00ed. Tak jsme pomoc\u00ed Disiva nastavili pravidla pro p\u0159ecen\u011bn\u00ed vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed mimo jin\u00e9 ze skladov\u00e9 z\u00e1soby, n\u00e1kupn\u00edch cen, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm konkuren\u010dn\u00edch prodejn\u00edch cen. To vedlo pochopiteln\u011b ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed na\u0161ich prodejn\u00edch cen a % mar\u017ee, av\u0161ak n\u00e1r\u016fst objemu tr\u017eeb se projevil pozitivn\u011b do nav\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed absolutn\u00ed mar\u017ee.<\/p>

My jsme Disivo za\u010dali pou\u017e\u00edvat tak\u00e9 kv\u016fli akvizici nov\u00fdch z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f. Po zku\u0161enostech s marketingov\u00fdmi agenturami a akvizi\u010dn\u00edmi akcemi typu \u2013 videa, bannery, bilboardy, kter\u00e9 vesm\u011bs moc nefungovaly, jsme se u\u017e n\u011bjak\u00fd rok a p\u016fl zp\u011bt rozhodli, \u017ee p\u016fjdeme jinou cestou.<\/p>

    Ne\u017e abychom byli vid\u011bt v r\u00e1mci n\u011bjak\u00fdch obecn\u00fdch brandov\u00fdch reklam, tak budeme cht\u00edt b\u00fdt vid\u011bt v r\u00e1mci cenov\u00e9ho srovn\u00e1n\u00ed na ur\u010dit\u00e9m segmentu produkt\u016f. Kdy\u017e bude prost\u011b z\u00e1kazn\u00edk hledat produkty na netu, tak chceme b\u00fdt na dan\u00fdch produktech vid\u011bt jako nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Asi na tom hned nevyd\u011bl\u00e1me, nebo v tu chv\u00edli dokonce prod\u011bl\u00e1me, ale za\u0159ad\u00edme si toho klienta do na\u0161ich (re)marketingov\u00fdch aktivit.<\/p>
